Last week of our Cross Country 2025 program !! & then the LAVic State CC Championships.

A big thank you to Ryan for being our Cross Country coordinator this season. And of course to KnoxLAC for welcoming us to their cross country program they put on each week.

Week 14 - Saturday 2nd August 2025 supposed to be at Jells Park North. Enter off Waverley & Jells Rds.

Please have your Commonwealth Bank name patch displayed on the FRONT of your Waverley top.

First race will begin at 9am sharp.

Please note that athletes can only run in their registered age group (athletes CAN NOT run up a distance as per the LAVIC Guidelines).

Race order is as follows:
1. U13- U17 - 3000m
2. U7 & U8 - 1000m
3. U6 - 500m

4. U11 & U12 - 2000m
5. U9 & U10 - 1500m


As the U9 - U10 are the last race of the morning we ask that these parents assist with pack up. Many hands make light work.

In order to run our weekly cross-country events, we do require parent volunteers.
