The 2024/25 Summer Track & Field Season is due to begin on Sat 5th October 2024 !!

Registrations for the 2024/25 Season to be opened soon. Once registered, the membership will last for up to 12 months (until 31st August 2025).

The season is broken up into 2 parts:

1. Summer Track & Field - Competitions are held on Saturday mornings at Central Reserve, between October and March.
2. Winter Cross Country - Competitions are held between April and August, run at various parks in the local area.

Athletes can register at any time during the season provided they are between the ages of 5 and 15.  Athletes must be 5 years of age or older to join but can join as soon as they turn 5.

PLEASE NOTE:  Parents or guardians are required to stay for the duration of the weekly programs as they remain primarily responsible for the behaviour and welfare of their children.

Existing athletes with a valid email address on record will receive an invitation to register from LAVic & WLAC during September 2024.  This email will include steps to register online.

All paid registrations are required to be completed online via the Registration portal. 

No paper forms can be accepted. Registering online during one of the competition days may result in missing out on some events.

Once registered, you can attend our Registration Information Day on Sat 21st September, from 9.00 am to collect your patch, booklet, etc or collect them on your first day.

PROOF OF AGE

LAVic requires that ALL MEMBERS provide Proof of Age to the Registrar. This may be in the form of a passport, birth certificate or child health record.

Proof of age must be shown prior to athletes competing, or forfeit all results up until such time as it is presented.
