News - 2024/2025

Week 8 - Saturday 14th June 2025 at Tirhatuan Park (Kriegel Way, Dandenong North. Enter via Outlook Drive.)

Ensure you have your Commonwealth Bank name patch displayed on the FRONT of your centre uniform singlet, along with the Coles sponsor patch sewn on to your singlet - without this you will not be able to compete.

First race will begin at 9am sharp.
Please note that athletes can only run in their registered age group (athletes CAN NOT run up a distance as per the LAVIC Guidelines).

Race order is as follows:
1. U11 & U12 - 2000m
2. U9 & U10 - 1500m
3. U6 - 500m
4. U13-U17 - 3000m
5. U7 & U8 - 1000m

As the U7 & U8s are the last race of the morning we ask that the Under 7 & Under 8 parents assist with pack up. Many hands make light work.

In order to run our weekly cross-country events, we do require parent volunteers. WE ARE STILL REQUIRING VOLUNTEERS THIS WEEKEND. Only need to do duty once.
