Are you all pumped, kids ?!! Last round for points, PB's and records - so try your hardest !!! Hurdles program - so all hands on deck to help moving the hurdles around. Javelin running from 8 am for U12 to U17. Please come from 7.30 am to help with set up and 8.30 am to start on time or earlier. It is going to be a hot one - both for the weather & the competition on the track !! Hats, sun screen, water bottles, registration patches. Lots of lost property to be picked up also.
