Week 14, all go with hurdles tomorrow morning, Sat 28th Jan. U12 to U17 to help with set up and parents support your Age Group Leaders. Javelin running from 8 till 8.40 am for U12 and above. Please arrive at 8.30 am for warm up at 8.45 am. Trial athletes and new members, come from 8.15 am to get organised. Uniform sales finish at 8.45 am. Remember sunscreen, drink bottles, patches, hats.
