Footy colors this week at Cross Country, Sat 9th July. Wear your favourite team jumper, beanie, scarves, colors with your registration patch. Knox Athletics Track, Bunjil Way, Knoxfield. First race starts 9 am sharp, compulsory to run in your age group.

No cross country next week - Region Cross Country Carnivals are on instead.
