Happy official Birthday to the Waverley Little Athletics Centre Inc., today we turn 50 years old. 

Our centre was formed on the 12th November 1968 in Glen waverley, well supported by the local schools in the area. 

50 years on, the Centre is still one of the best and strongest in the state, with our emphasis on family fitness and fun. 

Congratulations and thank you to everyone that has been involved over the last 50 years. 

On Saturday we celebrated our 50th anniversary in style, at our home track Central Reserve in Glen Waverley. I will start organising part two of our celebrations. 

Congratulations once again and see you down at the track.
