A fun cross country this Sat 30th June:  Handicap Day at Knox LAC Cross Country. This is where the fast runners start last and have to try to catch up. Please arrive earlier than normal, and get a handicap time for your child at the registration tent.

At Norton’s Park, High St Rd, Wantirna South.  First Race starts at 9 am sharp. Remember to wear SUBWAY patch. No running up an age group.

ProgD Race Order: U11&12 2000m > U9&10 1500m > U6 500m > U13-16 3000m > U7&8 1000m.

NO cross country on Sat 7th July.
