Hello Everyone,

Winter is over, Spring is here and the 2016/17 Waverley Little Athletics Centre season begins on the 8th October!
Our normal start time is - 8:45am WARM UP, 9:00am the program begins - we aim to commence on time for the first week!

Little Athletics is the grass roots sport, a foundation, for all children, no matter their age or abilities. It's a great way to make new friends, get involved, learn new skills, compete against yourself (to achieve PB's) and other athletes, participate in our Open Day and much more!

Our Registration and Information Day is this Saturday, 17th September, at the Central Reserve clubroom.
We open at 10:00am and go through until 12:00pm. We will have some events set up for children to participate in and get involved and we are happy to show parents around the Centre, answer your questions and show you how our Centre operates on a weekly basis.

At the Waverley Little Athletics Centre, we offer two levels of membership:

• Full Membership - (registered and paid)
• Come & Try - (for new/interested athletes only)

Full Membership goes from August 2016 (or when ever you register thereafter), until August 2017. This covers the Summer Track & Field season plus the Winter Cross Country season.
We offer a very flexible registration fee structure, which includes Early Bird discounts, family discounts and post Christmas reduced fee.

Come & Try registration is available to any children who are new to the Centre and interested in joining, but would like to have a trial before deciding to become full members.
This is a one week offer only, but the Come & Try option is available all season, not on any one particular day. All you have to do is register your details via - http://results.waverleylac.com.au/registercomeandtry
Once you've used your one week free, you'll receive an email with information on how to become a full member should you wish to join.

Athletes are expected to wear the WLAC uniform and these can be purchased on the 17th September, or any competition day throughout the season.
